Dr. Daniel Duran and Professional staff are fantastic. I've always had great experiences there.

However, their receptionist "Bethany" has always been very rude and preoccupied either texting or surfing the interent, talking to other coworkers or preoccupied with non-business related issues.

I always expect to be put on hold when calling to schedule an appointment or ask questions relative to appointments.

It's a shame when I, and my family and a few friends who are patients of Dr Duran's; are considering leaving the practice due to the reception.
A receptionist should hold their personal standards as high as the practice's as they are directly representing the physicians and th professinal staff.

We do not want to have to change our FCP, however, if "Bethany" does not start treating patients with respect and kindness, it may be an appropriate move for all of us to make.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
