I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

Dr. Casia is a good doctor. He has above average chair-side manner. He listens. His staff, however, well, they are another story. The office manager is a brute. She has a bad temper and doesn't listen well. On at least a dozen separate occasions, they have neglected to call in prescription refills to the pharmacy. On five separate occasions, I've made appointments only to arrive at the office and learn my appointment was registered in the appointment book. It's sad Dr. Casia has such awful staff, especially the office manager. She is so rude she ought to be fired. If you go there, just make sure all appointments are confirmed and your prescriptions are handled correctly... and stay away from the OM.
