They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list.
