I am waiting for my next appointment to actually see the Dr but I can tell you if it was up to me I would not go back my appointment was at 10:30 I arrived at 10 and I waited patiently until 12:30 when I left. It should not under any circumstances take almost 3 hours to be seen by a doctor. Scheduling needs to not give her as many people in an hour if it takes her this long to see one patient.

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. What put me at ease was the fact that their office equipment was in good shape. Everything was current and taken care of. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.

I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. What I didn't like too much about this place was their waiting room chairs. They were not the most comfortable. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
Dr. Felder has a very unique personality that is somewhat dry, but she is definitely my favorite physician in the city. She won't sugar coat things and you will definitely have an efficient visit with her every time.

The doctor was not very understanding or caring, and didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't the doctor's primary concern. The waiting area is ver cramped and the front area is so small that they weigh you and take your blood pressure right there behind the glass windows where everyone in the waiting area can see and hear you. Also, they don't validate parking and I had to pay $4-$5 to park.
