I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I was pleased with the friendliness of the doctor. It is something I look for in health care providers. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Only thing I didn't like was their phone system. Very hard to speak with someone sometimes as they have a complicated automation system.
