I have had Dr Shogry since 2006. I have CHF, Cardiomyopathy, and Left Bundle Branch Block. I love him. I am so happy he is my cardiologist. He is very intelligent, and does not think he knows everything, when something was wrong with my ICD he sent me to AGH, " because those were the guys that put it in." he said. Dr. Shogry was right. Something was punctured when the ICD was implanted. I had fluid around my heart. I could have died. He is the most caring, kind and considerate doctor. I love his bedside manner. He has a really good sense of humor, and doesn't take himself to seriously! God Bless Dr. Shogry!!

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. One thing I appreciated was that the chairs in their waiting room were way above average. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs. I could have easily fallen asleep while waiting for my appointment.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
