I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
