I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
