I felt like he took advantage of a college student and milked the insurance by scheduling numerous visits. I was told I was allergic to cats (which I am not) I was told that the allergy would show up later. I still do not know what my allergies are. I think my information was mixed up with another patient that was there at the same time. Results were written on pieces of paper laying on the counter without patients name on them.

I was very frustrated with my visit to Dr. Weber. I came in after having something close to an allergic reaction to a food, nothing major though. It took multiple explanations for Dr. Weber to understand what I was saying. After discussing options, he suggested going through some tests. I asked him about cost and he said insurance covers the test. After taking the tests and going over the results in a follow up visit, I had to correct multiple instances of wrong information being recorded from the previous visit. We went over the test results. Going over the test results was strange. Dr. Weber proceeded to read every single test result line by line and explain things in an almost condescending manner. I don't know if this is his normal bedside manner, but I felt put down. Overall, I was not happy with the quality of service, but was even more frustrated to receive a large bill several months later. What Dr. Weber did not say in our conversation on billing was that the insurance allowance for the tests only covered half of what they charge. I had previously intimated that finances were important to me as I am a student and now am stuck with a large bill with bad service to boot. I would have appreciated better service, but more importantly a better explanation of the costs associated with testing, especially when I specifically asked for them.

The doctor did the allergy tests. Left the test information on the counter with various others . I feel he got them mixed up. I still don't know what was going on with my allergies.
