Dr. Shimotakahara is one of the kindest, nicest, knowledgeable doctors around. He is also very generous with his time and helps people in our community that otherwise could not afford to see an ENT. I am very grateful for him.

Dr Shimotakahara was very rude and seemed almost "too Busy" to listen to me. I would not ever go to him again.
