I love Dr. Mandi. She listens and respects me as a parent and is flexable to do things differently. We delay and selectivly vax and she is willing to work with what I want and never gives me a hard time. She was supportive of my having a homebirth and co sleeping and is not negative about natural parenting.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while we were waiting, but it would have been nice if my child and I were a little more comfortable.
They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
