I saw Dr. James Hartford from 1975 - 1992 and then My daughter saw him from 1992 - 1994. He was so good to my mom and us girls.

RIP Dr. Hartford! They don't make them like that any more. The man had no triage nurse, when we started going to him. He took all our ridiculous new parent panic questions personally. He had actually been practicing so long, he could tell us about taking items such as eggs and artwork for services rendered. One of his teen patients had saved up the fee in coins on the sly, so his parents didn't have to be burdened. He held our daughter on his lap the last time we saw him. He died very shortly after he was forced to retire.

I was just looking around the internet and looked up Dr Hartford and was saddened to see that he passed. He was all 4 of my kids pediatrician from 1978 through 1997 He always was great to me and my kids. I remember asking him when he was going to retire and he told me he wasn't even saving any retirement and he would just always work. I hope he was happy.
