Because I waited & waited for my appts. I was FORCED to sit & watch this Orthopedist FINISH with his ONGOING patient. After two appts. JUST LIKE THIS, I questioned Dr. Baum about. "why is my appt. always late & I have to sit here & watch you finish with ONGOING patient????
He was rude to me & I rec'd. a letter days after that : I & was asked, NOT TO RETURN!!!!!!
I was 75years old!!

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Go to someone else! I went to see Dr Baum for a routine total hip replacement and came out disabled. Not only did he ruin my life but I found two others who had the same bad outcome. He told me only one other person had complications, he told me two days after the surgery that it (the surgical procedure ) was successful. Basically, he is most skilled at not tell the patient the entire truth. Over 2 yrs late, I still have cronic sicatic nerve pain, can no longer drive my car and I have to wear a AFO device. Keep in mind, his staff is not performing the surgery so this survey is not a true representation of his skill as a surgeon.

Yes everything was neat and sterile
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office?
Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
