It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I appreciated the frankness in dealing with my questions, and that surgery was not always the best answer.
