The one thing that I really enjoy about Dr. Brett's practice is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The staffs' expertise was vital in my diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing total recovery. The only neurological surgeon I trust!

Dr. Brett and staff treated me with respect, compassion and kindness. I was able to get any and all questions I asked answered and my surgery was successful. I would recommened Dr. Brett to my family and friends.

Dr. Brett provided me with an urgently needed laminectomy. He's an excellent doctor - personable, professional and obviously knows what he's doing. My operation was a complete success. I highly recommend Dr. Brett

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.

I will definitely recommend Dr. B to people I know. There are quite a few handicap-accessible parking places. I spent a little too much time in the waiting room. DR. BRETT IS AWESOME!! I HOPE THE NERVE DAMAGE TO LEFT HAND LEAVES SOON. I have little discomfort to my back but it is much better than before my surgery. He was very courteous and made me feel at ease.

Dr. Brett diagnosed my neck and back problems and recommened immediate surgery. All of my neck, back and arm pain was gone after waking in the recovery room. Dr Brett did a great job for me. I wqould recommend him to anyone. I feel like a new man.
