Dr. Brickner’s nurse Debra made a mistake ordering a renewal of a med which caused us to have to pay an extra $20 co-pay with insurance. When my husband asked if the Dr would consider paying the $20 since it was their mistake, the doc fired my husband from his practice and cancelled the appt scheduled for 4 days later. I wrote a letter on my husband’s behalf requesting follow up care and DR. BRICKNER DID NOT EVEN RESPOND TO THE LETTER, WHICH IS A GOOD INDICATION OF HOW LITTLE HE CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS.
