Was this provider's office too cold?
No, it was fine
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Their office was nice and quiet. Dr Egener answers my questions and treats me like a competent adult, no "talking down" (one of his colleagues does NOT have such a good bedside manner). I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment. I look forward to my appointments here.
