Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I love Kathy - she makes my whole famiy feel like we are her family.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
