I would strongly suggest anyone who has her as a primary physician that they immediately find a new physician do consider it just do it. She should have her license revoked she has none of her patients best interest.

No, they didn't even attempt to explain

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
Does this provider treat every client equally?
Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients

They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. Their office was unbearably cold. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I understand that heating bills are expensive, but it was awful in there. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating.
