Their office was fairly quiet (it is a large, multiple practice facility) and very efficient. Dr. Eriksen is great and easily refers you to another professional in the field when she feels you need to have further exploration for a problem she wants to help you with. I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. The building is handicap-accessible. The bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I would be glad to refer this physician's office to people I know. The friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
