They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

the only complaint I have is that the receptionists are always very unfriendly towards me. I don't know what I have done to upset them, but they really are not pleasant towards me. I love Dr Olson and Dr Glidden. They are both fantastic people. They are always wonderful and thorough. My other complaint is that they don't do anything with Patients assistance Program, which is a major issue for me, because I can't find anyone to take care of that and I can't afford my prescriptions. I don't understand why they are not willing to help with that, because I am sure I am not the only patient they have that needs it.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
