I wasn't worried about any of their equipment. Everything was safe and well taken care of. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. The staff was friendly, which I liked. It made me feel at home. They explained my treatment's risks and benefits in detail and made sure I understood everything.The Dr. was very knowledgable of physical body mechanics and the reasons for the pain and problems I had after surgery by another physician. I appreciated that they took the time to make sure I was well informed. The waiting room was a pleasure. It smelled and looked very clean.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They're able to answer any question I could ever think of thoroughly, and are one of the most knowledgeable people I've ever met.
