I've heard of a few psychiatrists that took personal phone calls during appointments, and I always thought that was so rude. Thankfully, they've never done that here. Their full attention is always completely on me. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They made sure to investigate my medical history before they recommended a treatment option. I was confident that I was receiving the right treatment for me.

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I didn't feel safe at all under their care. I didn't feel like they had my best interest at heart. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave.
