They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
