I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. They barely gave me any information at all. I had to do my own research to get my questions answered. I showed up for scheduled appointment and after waiting about an hour someone came out to say "oops" but the did not hear from my insurance yet Yes, someone had called from their office to remind me about the appointment. They said someone would call. That was in late Nov. and I am looking for another dr.. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
