When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. They didn't always take the time to listen to me. I don't know they really care about me and what I have to say. They were trying to get me to use certain medications, but backed off when I told them that I knew they wouldn't work for me. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. Some of their staff seemed very judgmental without knowing the circumstances of my situation. The doctor himself was nice but some of their staff could you a refresher course in being professional.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
