He is one of the top rated neurosurgeon in the US. After injuring my back, surgery was the last resort for me. The doc tried everything to get my back well again, however, I did end up having ALIF surgery. Doc Rogers is very thorough, understanding & patient to his patients. He explains very well the process of the surgery and has the greatest bedside manners of any doc around. I would highly recommend this Doc for anyone having back or neck issues.

Dr. Rogers is a top notch neurosurgeon, that will only perform surgery as a last resort. He has been taking care of me for a long time (1 year) and has helped to correct the problem of another surgeon that disabled me! Wonderful, caring doctor I would recommend to anyone with a neurological condition.

However, its not all roses. His head nurse, I believe the name is Carol, is a lazy, surly know-it-all, that seems to never return a phone call or follow-up with another doc's office. His office staff isn't much better.

In conclusion, if you need the best neuro guy in town, I think it would be Rogers, but this is somewhat cancelled out by his terrible office staff, especially Carol.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
