Seems uninterested in listening to my concerns . . . my husband even noticed the Dr. roll his eyes when I was explaining one of my concerned.

Very disrespectful.

He lacks any intellectual curiosity in anything in the medical field that has been discovered since he was in med school - he even referred to a paper that he wrote when getting his masters degree 36 yrs ago to prove that "he knew his stuff" about the topic that I was asking about.

Some pressure a couple of years ago to have my bone density scan done in his office, with his new machine (profit center?) and the tech had never done one before! Never fell for that again.

Still, I wish they had been a little more professional.

The staff that answers the phones were cold and unwelcoming and made no effort to work me in even when there was some urgency.

Failed to make a referral to a Neurologist after I was scared by extreme bout of double vision and dizziness. Just didn't respond at all.

This dr. either didn't want to be a dr. in the first place, or he's just marking time until retirement.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

It was satisfactory

Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me

Not really, it could be better

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Absolutely Not

No, they didn't cancel on me last minute
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything
How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited?
Not the worst, but certainly not the best
