They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.
