They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
