They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. He dismissed my kidneys failing as a pulled back muscle. I was in the ER the next night. He did a great job on my C-Section however while I was in his care he NEVER did an exam, and he never did my 6 week check up after the C-section. It turns out nearly 3 months later I still have many infections because of his lack of attention to my problems. Nice guy, not the right DR. for me

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
