Their office was well organized and clean. The wait time was minimal; surprised me at how quickly I was greeted and actually in an exam room. I was not left to sit there long. A fantastic nurse came in first to gather information. I was NEVER made to feel uncomfortable. She explained what I could expect and within minutes of her leaving, Dr. Gordillo arrived. She was amazing, informative, and made what could have been a very uncomfortable experience, an education that relaxed me and even gave me a hope for a future I did not know was possible for me. She made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed; even the ones I didn't know I should have. I feel confident in my choice for her to be my doctor; which is something I don't do lightly. This woman is quality and skill ... someone you can trust.
