I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Their credentials and diplomas were one of the first thing I noticed when I walked in the door. It would be hard to miss all those diplomas. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
