My husband has been to the office 4 times now. The first visit was to fill out papers and see a nurse, the second was to have a test run... was done by one of the office personnel not a nurse or Dr., the third time he had an appointment and when we got there they told us nobody was there to see him.... wasted trip..... they should have called us to let us know not to come and reschedule.....Today we went to see the Dr. for the first time and we waited several hours..... some had been there 7 hrs waiting....then we....after several patients got angry and asked what the hold up was...they were told it would be at least another 3 hours or more because he was called in for an emergency. We left..will never go back!

Waited such a long time. Took an hour before she even called me up to get my name and information. Waited 5 hours to be seen. The staff was so unorganized and handed me the wrong debit card back and gave me the wrong receipt with someone else's name on it..Hipaa violation all the way! Ridiculous.

My normal wait in Dr. Curtis office is normally 4 - 5 hours. I waited 5 hrs the other day just to be straight cathed for a urine. I was straight cathed by office manager and not real sure she was a nurse. I got 2 different stories as to why they never sent my urine for culture, so another uneccessary cath. Never did see Dr. When you do see Dr. Curtis he hasn't reviewed chart so he is very uninformed about your office visit Restrooms and exam room a filthy. Blood on floor, restrooms have no soap, toilet paper or paper towels.Have pictures. Staff is lacking training and very disorganized. The only reason i keep going to him is he is the only urologist my insurance will cover. I DO NOT recommend anyone go to him if they have other choices.

I will NEVER come back to this practice again. If you want to wait 4 or more hours and never see the doctor this is the place. The doctors PA or whoever she is, is friendly but seems to want to try a million different things to fix the problem. My problem isn't fixed yet and I will go elsewhere. All they want to do here is run you around in circles and make you wait. Enough is enough. Is this doctor even legit. This practice is a JOKE. Save yourself and go elsewhere.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Not only were they friendly, they put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
