There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They left me alone and unattended in the appointment room for a very long time. I felt very ignored. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. The office staff was very unrofessional.
