I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. highly recommend this office for eye care.

I called the office as a new patient with an eye problem. They did not hesitate to get me in that day. All my follow up visits were scheduled around my availability.. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door. Due to insurance reasons I cannot come to Dr. Statesir any more. If my insurance changes I will definitely go back to him. He has very good bedside manner, thorough, friendly and extremely competent. I highly recommend him.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

I went to Dr. (I use the term very loosely) Statesir in January 2013 after moving to Cleveland. Being in my 50's, this is not my first eye exam. Mr. Statesir is deceptive in that he uses any medical excuse to get a medical co-pay out of you as opposed to your eye examination co-pay, which for me is an additional $25.00 - not bad, just not expected nor warranted. But now he wants to collect another $25.00 that my medical coverage won't pay and he refuses to submit it under my eye care coverage because HE KNOWS that would be double billing. He over-prescribed my first prescription and I went elsewhere to get that prescription filled. I spent over $300.00 for lenses that are now worthless to me and he has the nerve TO CONTINUOUSLY BILL ME FOR $25.00 that he is trying to double bill. BEWARE OF THIS DECEPTIVE, GREEDY PRACTITIONER!!
