They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Doctor Steineman was condescending to me and my mother. He keeps telling me I can't open my eyes and is making my visits more complicated than they need to be. I was flustered by his bedside manner to the point where I didn't want to finish the appointment. It's okay for a doctor to not like me. It's not okay to be rude during the appointment.
