I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

Not really. I usually have to wait a long time

Not at all. The examining rooms were dark and plain

Yes, they didn't want me to seek anyone else's advice

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Yes, they seemed very qualified

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. Whenever I've asked for more information about something I was wondering about, they've never made me feel like my question was irrelevant or stupid. They've always been very understanding.
