There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Their equipment here is safe, well taken care of, and also kid friendly. My child always seem comfortable in their care. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
