I have been in this office numerous times, and will be switching my doctor for my son after his next appointment. I have waited with a newborn (I was breast feeding as well which makes timing and waiting difficult) for 45 minutes AFTER my appointment. No staff let me know ahead of time the doctor was at another office, no one on the staff seemed concerned with my wait time. Typically, the wait time AFTER your appointment time is anywhere from 10-15 minutes. With a screaming newborn, this can be unbearable. Also, my infant has been THREE times to receive an immunization that they are ALWAYS out of. I called yesterday (after he has been waiting for over a month for this shot) to see if they had it in stock. They said they did, so I brought him in today and go figure, they were out. The nurse did NOT seem to care even though we had waited in the waiting room for well over 15 minutes only to be told yet again they were out of it. When asked why they do not order more in order to accommodate all their infant patients, since they are a pediatrician, the nurse shrugged it off and smirked as I walked off. Ridiculous, now I get to find a new doctor, and get his immunization else where. Would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone.

Professional, friendly staff. Wait time ok - sometimes a little longer than I'd like but always feel like I have enough time w/ the doctor or the PA or the nurse, never rushed.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The waiting room at this pediatrician's office had two separate areas, one for "sick" kids and one for "well" kids. This really gave me a peace of mind that my child wouldn't get sick.
