No. It took me several times to get through.

Not really, I was a little uneasy

No, I usually can't get my child in for at least a couple of weeks

Somewhat, it made me a little nervous

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. My child absolutely loves Elliot Herscher, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner.
