We took our infant son to Dr. Campbell after having a dr that didn't take our opinions into consideration when they would treat him. Dr. Campbell is great and the nurses are wonderful, they always took the time to play with our son and interact with him to put him at ease and make him more willing to cooperate.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. This pediatrician is so kind and has the most wonderful bedside manner. They are really in tune with children and my child is definitely a fan. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation.

They were average

Absolutely! They respect my child's individuality and always address both of us
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
No, I don't think so
If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day?
Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away
Did this pediatrician have bright, child-friendly examining rooms?
Definitely! They were some of the most child-friendly examining rooms I've ever seen

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

We have used Dr. Orr for the past 14 years with our kids. Excellent doctor with a warm manner and excellent advice. She takes the time needed to get to know you and your family - very special in today's medical system. Highly recommend her and her staff.
