No, there was no annoying music
Does this provider always put the customer first?
Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

There is no comparison!
Does the pediatrician have other doctors or nurse practitioners that can provide care if the pediatrician is sick or unavailable?
Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support
Does the pediatrician get upset when you seek a second opinion?
Not at all. They encouraged second opinions

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Tolen for nearly 13 years. We love her!! My daughter is comfortable talking to her as she would a friend & her professionalism is to be applauded. I have friends who say they have to wait a week or more to get an appointment when their kids are sick! My daughter is seen the very day I call. Well visits are scheduled about a month out.
I work in an ER & know that not all doctors are created equal, but rest assured that with Dr. Tolen you are getting the BEST!
