Went just the other day. I saw him as a second opinion to my family doctor. I had a few questions to get to which he covered in our session without my even asking. He did great work in pinpointing my pain and the nurse asked more specific questions to better help find the problem. Great Doctor!

They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. They were surprisingly cold, abrasive, and unwelcoming. I couldn't believe how unfriendly they were to me. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
