They treated me with utmost respect and were very kind. They never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember pretty much everything about me since they do a good job of recording information. I wasn't pressured here to use any particular medications or birth controls but was given information about it, even unprompted, which is good since I didn't think to ask. All my questions were answered and nothing was pushed on me. It is clear that the staff respects the doctor. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professionals- both Dr. Pasqualone and her staff. The only negative thing I can mention is that to make an appointment you must first connect with the doctor's secretary. It seems that 98% of the time I get her voicemail, then we have to play phone tag because I cannot use a cell phone at work and am not always at my desk. This part I find very frustrating and not customer-service friendly. But once you're scheduled it's a very good experience.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Most of their staff was friendly. I was satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling that I had a competent doctor and nurses who cared.

They had already reviewed my medical history before the appointment, and went over it with me in the exam room so as not to miss anything. They were extremely thorough and made sure not to miss one detail. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.
