The doctors are excellent....always have been. You just have to overlook the office staff. They are NOT friendly and on the phone act annoyed that you are "bothering" them. I guess no one has told them it's their job. If you leave a message, do NOT expect a return call...it won't happen. The doctors always say to feel free to call them, but they never return calls either.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Never, they are very reliable.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
