Never had problems with staff, besides the doctor is who we see, and he is fantastic.

The secretary there is a moron, and that's putting it lightly...I have never known a business to have the face of it's office be so dimwitted, rude, mean spirited and power tripping, not to mention uninformed. She answers phones, yet she has a TERRIBLE way of dealing with people. She just doesn't know what she is doing(maybe she's a relative or something)....Many people have to get prescriptions through outreach programs ect, and she didn't seem to understand what to do, or just claimed their office didn't do those things....Ofcourse they did, but I had to usually speak to someone else in the office, and they knew RIGHT AWAY, what needed to be done(Year after year this happened, and was an absolute stressful experience).... I went to that office for years(why I don't know), but I will never go back to there, as it was a mess dealing with her, as all the prescriptions and appointments went through her(unless someone else answered the phone or someone else was at the small window). I'm not exaggerating when I say they cancelled my scheduled appointments 4 times(3 years in a row), then just threw out a date on the answering machine for me to have.....Not knowing I could even make it or not.....There office hours are very inconvenient, as there are NO evening or weekend hours, and the real Doctor is rarely there(no exaggeration), they have CNS there to handle the appointments......

Dealing with their office is a stressful headache...They are not customer service oriented, borderline incompetent..They seem to NOT understand that they are their to provide you with help. Instead, it's a bunch of power trips(you get that from time to time with secretaries, and it's VERY present there).....I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.....In the end, it's just about getting pills anyway, and you can get that anywhere...

I had an appointment with Dr. Tamulonis. I saw Jesse Mclain, a nurse practitioner. Problem was, no one told me he wasn't the dr. I had no idea who I was seeing. At the end of the appointment, I was told he would get the information to the Dr to review. I thought I was there to see the Dr! Then the receptionist set up my appointment with the Dr over 3 months away!!! I was there due to burning pain, numbness and weakness in all 4 limbs plus debilitating headaches and they wanted me to wait 3 months for a dr to review my records. Never heard anything from the dr in 2 months so I called to see if the dr had read my records and let them know I was in pain. Receptionist said that she could me more prescriptions for my pain. I don't want a dr that has a receptionist telling me that I can just have more pain meds because he hasn't looked in my records in months. I canceled the appointment the appointment to find a dr that was interested in actually fixing the problem, not just give me drugs.

I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
