The staff is very rude , they should not be in customer service I stopped going there because of them the doctors need to fire them .

This Dr Romana Sheth does not care about her patients and is only out for herself . Should not be a Doctor !!! Does not believe in the doctor's oath to Help her patients! Does Not Have Time for them or to answer Faxs from others. It was like "how dare you bother me during office hours. Her hours are 1 to 4 and that's it !!! So is she a Part-Time doctor ????? Zero Stars!!!

dr sheth Is an excellent physician. I am totally satisfied with her services, she always remembers me and my medical history, and she works along with my other drs as well, because I am a cancer survivor, she makes sure she checks with my cancer specialist before giving me any medications. she takes her time with me and answers any and all questions that I may have, and explains all procedures and test results in full detail. Her staff is very efficient and friendly. I would never go to anyone else but dr sheth, unless she leaves town. I have even recommended her to other friends and family members.

Not only were my questions answered thoroughly, I was encouraged to ask as many as I could. There was no rush to get me out and I left feeling very educated and informed. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

I feel comfortable with Dr. Sheth, and she does care. Even when she has to refer me to another doctor, she has them keep her up to speed on my condition. I don't feel like I need to look for another doctor, and I am picky about my doctors.
