The physical was scant. Would always ask ME what should she do for me. Seemed wish-washy on on diagnosing my symptoms.
Strongly implied I had things wrong with me that I did not.

No, I left with more problems than I came with!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
No, they've never taken personal calls with me
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field?
No, they could have used some continuing education

The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. Billing staff is rude - did not bill my insurance company properly. Very unprofessional from front desk to doctor!
