Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. Dr. Sadlon always let me know when she wanted me to come back into the office. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Dr. Sadlon was very helpful and supportive. She often suggested therapies and gave me printed handouts to help me. She recently retired from practice. I know she teaches at Case Western University School of Medicine and hope she enjoys whatever she has chosen to do. She was so nice and laid back. I know she probably thinks I'm a hyper nut case, but I always get nervous whenever I get sick after having had cancer, chemo and radiation. God bless Dr. Sadlon. She always took such good care of me.

Dr. Sadlon used to be my doctor, but I left her in a hurry. She misdiagnosed me and left me in worse shape than before. She didn't seem to care that she couldn't help me. She told me "you'll just have to deal with it", what an attitude!! So I dropped her and found a caring doctor who figured out what was wrong and helped me.
